I am incredibly grateful for the website review I got from Website Counseling and from Batul in particular. I recently relaunched my coaching practice and I really wanted a website that looked professional but also a website that has a personal feel to it. I struggled to find someone who could help me execute my vision for a website within my budget. I have to admit that my heart sank a little bit when I saw that the feedback video recording lasted 15 minutes. I thought, oh dear, there is still so much to do. It was totally worth it. What an amazing service. By using video recording Batul was able to talk me through specific suggestions for improvement whilst going through each page of my website on the screen. This made it so easy for me to see exactly which section she was talking about at any given point. Also, because it was recorded I was able to go back to it a few times to really understand what I could do better. But that was not all. The review also included a written report so I could keep that next to me when I was working on making the improvements. I am not an expert website builder but this service enabled me to build a simple but professional looking website that many of my friends and acquaintances seemed quite proud to share with their contacts.
